50% Advance payment required for placing an order and the balance is payable after completion of the final installation.
Balance payment shall be made on completion of the final installation, or a 10% surcharge will have to be paid on the pending payment amount unless prior arrangement is made.
All material remains the property of CCS until such times as balance of Job have been fully paid for.
The installer shall not be liable for any damages to the property including water lines, gas lines, electricity lines, telephone installations, although every care shall be taken.
Once CCS installer has installed balustrade, splashback, shower screen, mirrors or glass partitioning at the client’s property per the client’s order, the client becomes solely responsible for maintaining and protecting these installations against damages henceforth.
CCS will exercise all reasonable care during installation but accept no responsibility for broken outdoor or indoor flooring including staircases.
CCS will not accept any claims for liquidated damages.
CCS will not accept any retention for the completed work.
Standard turnaround time is 12 working days however generally is between 2-4 days, but it can vary depending on the availability of stock and workload at the time.
If the installation is cancelled due to bad weather or any other unexpected circumstances, then the installation will be re-booked for following suitable day.
CCS provides a 7-year warranty across all works that we undertake from supply to installation.
CCS will do everything within reason to make the Job/services a pleasant experience and we expect the client to act in good faith accordingly.
The above is taken as accepted by agreeing for works to be taken out or payment of deposit.
